Please be advised that on 8 February 2011, the Company passed a special resolution placing the Company in Guernsey members’ voluntary liquidation and appointed James Robert Toynton as Liquidator.
All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details thereof to the Liquidator before 31 March 2011 and all persons indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the Liquidator by the above mentioned date.
