Robin Monro-Davies
Non-executive Chairman, aged 67
Mr Monro-Davies has worked in the City of London for over 35 years. He currently holds a number of non-executive directorships including HSBC Bank plc and Axa UK plc. He was co-managing director of Fox-Pitt, Kelton Limited from 1976 to 1992 and chief executive of Fitch Ratings Limited from 1992 to 2002.
Mr Baxter began his career with the Imperial Tobacco Group in the United Kingdom, subsequently working for Sandoz, Switzerland and later the International Wool Secretariat in London. From 1974 he worked for Dow Banking Corporation in Zurich before leaving in 1983 to form a private investment management company. Mr. Baxter is also a non-executive director of Lindsell Train Global Funds plc.
Mr Cabessa is Chairman of CIC Finance an investment fund and a subsidiary of the French fourth banking group, Crédit Mutuel-CIC. He is a Director of Nature et Découvertes, International Metal Service, Crédit Industriel de Normandie, CIC Securities, CIC Capital Privé, Novarte/Vivarte, Coteba, Institut de participation de l’Ouest; Banque de Vizille.
Mr Evans has practised as a lawyer for over 40 years. He was in practice as a member of the English Bar in Lincoln’s Inn from 1962–1976 and subsequently as an Advocate in Guernsey as a partner of Ozannes from 1982–2003. He is now a consultant to Ozannes. He was president of the States of Guernsey Legislation Committee from 2000–2004 and is a director of a number of quoted investment companies.
Mr Hacker established the London office of Bear Stearns & Co. which was incorporated in 1980. He was a senior bank analyst with Bear Stearns International Limited in London until 1996.

James Baxter
